Under the Becker County River Ordinance, anyone who engages in a tubing business within Becker County is required to first
obtain a license. With the approval from the Becker County Board of Commissioners, the Auditor-Treasurer issues a Tubing
Business License. Application for a Tubing Business license is made in your county of residence. Licenses are valid for
one year and are only effective in Becker County.

Apply by mail
Application must be submitted at least 15 days prior to opening day of tubing business.
