United Way 2-1-1 provides free and confidential health and human services information for people in Minnesota. They are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to connect you with the resources and information you need. They can be accessed either by dialing 211 or visiting their website at https://www.211unitedway.org/.
Categories where they can assist include: Eviction Resources, Alcohol & Drug Abuse, Animal Services, Childcare, Consumer Assistance and Protection, Consumer Regulation, Criminal Justice and Civil Legal Services, Donations, Education, Employment, Food, Financial Assistance Programs, Health Care, Housing/Shelter, Material Goods, Mental Health, Money Management, Public Health/Safety, Recreation, Tax Organizations and Services, Transportation, Utilities.
The Becker County Veterans Service office is now publishing a 'Veterans News' newsletter to help highlight events, news, and announcements for our local Veterans. The latest version is available here at Volume 1 Issue 1 (PDF).
The Veterans Service Office is open for both walk-in visitors and by appointment. We do give priority to those that make an appointment
with us. Therefore, we recommend Veterans, family members, and survivors schedule an appointment if possible, to ensure we can serve all of you in the best possible manner.

Becker County Veterans Services assists in claims processing for veterans' benefits to the Department of Veterans Affairs.
